Poster presentation at the International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants
“Improving the oxidative stability of guts from cod filleting by antioxidant dipping a route to better seafood side stream utilization”.
That is the title of the WaSeaBi poster presentation, which was on the agenda during the 3rd International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants, which took place online from 23-24 November 2020.
The poster has been developed in a collaboration between Ann-Dorit Moltke Sørensen and Charlotte Jacobsen from DTU, Niels Bøknæs and Ole Mejlholm from Royal Greenland and Ingrid Undeland and Haizhou Wu from Chalmers University of Technology.
