From 23-24 November 2020, WaSeaBi will be represented at the 3rd International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants, which will take place as an online event.

The symposium is an important forum for researchers, scientists, engineers and others working in both academia and industry to exchange scientific and technological results in the area of lipid oxidation and antioxidants.

During the conference, WaSeaBi will be represented with a poster presentation developed by DTU, Royal Greenland and Chalmers. The title of the poster is “Improving the oxidative stability of guts from cod filleting by antioxidant dipping a route to better seafood side stream utilization”.
