35th EFFoST International Conference 2021

Learn more about WaSeaBi at the 35th EFFoST International Conference, which will be held in the city of Lausanne, Switzerland from 1-4 November 2021.

Two WaSeaBi partners will be presenting at the conference this year. Representatives from Chalmers University of Technology will be presenting a paper on “Impacts of preprocessing treatments on the functionality and stability of proteins isolated from fish filleting side streams using the pH-shift technology” Furthermore, project coordinator Charlotte Jacobsen, from the Technical University of Denmark will also be giving a presentation based on the research conducted in WaSeaBi.

 

Every year the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) organises this prestigious academic food science and technology conference where world-renowned researchers, scientists, policy makers, professionals and students from multi-disciplinary food-related fields share the latest developments and create new partnerships.

The theme of this year's conference is Healthy Individuals, Resilient Communities, and Global Food Security.
