2022 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo

WaSeaBi results will be presented at the 2022 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo on two occasions, which will take place from 1-4 May 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

 

 

 

On 3 May, in the Session on Food Preservation Strategies: Combination of Antioxidants with Other Actives in Food Systems Ann-Dorit Moltke Sørensen from the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark will give a presentation on “Enzymatic production of antioxidative and antimicrobial hydrolysates from cod solid side-streams”.

On 4 May 2022 Haizhou Wu will give a presentation on “Lipid oxidation in sorted herring (Clupea harengus) filleting co-products and its relationship to composition” in the Lipid Oxidation and Quality General Session
